Online health records for SLaM’s mental health patients – MyHealthBox

South London and Maudsley (SLaM) foundation trust has launched an online health record that gives service users meaningful access to their records as well as allowing them to contribute to the system directly.

The open patient record has been developed as a web portal using Microsoft’s HealthVault platform.

The aim is to allow clinicians and patients to work collaboratively on care and treatment rather than it being an isolated experience.
