Vacancy on the Jisc Board

16 April 2013

On behalf of all the UK funders of Jisc, we are seeking to appoint a member to the Board of the newly created Jisc (formerly known as the Joint Information Systems Committee, JISC). Jisc is a charity and a company limited by guarantee, owned by higher education and further education sector representative bodies.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of Jisc, focusing on its core business to support the use of information technology in the HE, FE and skills sectors across the UK, during a period of significant change for both Jisc and the communities it serves. We wish to recruit a member with senior-level experience of working in further or higher education.

This is a fixed-term, unremunerated appointment. Expenses may be claimed.

The document below gives more information about Jisc and membership of the Board.
