The Department of Health’s Business Plan for 2012-15 sets out the programme of work that is planned to be carried out over the next three years to support the Coalition Government’s objectives. It also contains information on our structure and budget, and the way we measure our performance. The full plan is available to download below. Business plans from across Government can be found here.
This year’s Business Plan is an update of the Business Plan published in July 2011 and includes the full list of actions and indicators in the 2011 plan, with details of any changes made to that version. 2011 Business plans from across government can be found here.
The Structural Reform Plan section can be viewed on the updated Number 10 Transparency site with information on the current status of each action, and explanations for any deadlines missed, updated monthly.
The Number 10 Transparency site will shortly be updated with a final set of progress reports for May 2012.
The Department’s Business Plan does not cover all its responsibilities or spending. The Department’s Corporate Plan underpins the priorities in the Business Plan.
