This Key Stage 4 Language Trends survey is carried out annually by CILT, in partnership with ISMLA, to explore languages provision and take-up in schools at Key Stage 4. The survey aims to monitor post-14 language study in schools in England. A random sample of 2000 schools was selected for the study and 1086 school responses were received (54 per cent).
