Aiming High for Disabled Children is the Government’s transformation programme for disabled children’s services in England.
The vision behind Aiming High for Disabled Children is for all families with disabled children to have the support they need to live ordinary family lives, as a matter of course. This vision has three priority areas: access and empowerment; responsive services and timely support; and improving quality and capacity.
This easy-read version is aimed at children and young people and summarises what the changes are, how they will affect them.
