Health visitor implementation plan 2011 to 2015 sets out call to action

The ‘Health visitor implementation plan’ sets out a call to action to expand and strengthen health visiting services.

The plan sets out the purpose, vision, programme of work, governance and accountability for the programme as well as information on those involved in the delivery.

This is primarily intended for use by health visiting professionals, service commissioners and providers, higher education institutions, professional bodies and local partners.

The ‘Health visitor implementation plan 2011 to 2015‘ was originally published on the department’s website on 8 February 2011.
