Terms of reference

The terms of reference for the extended advisory group are as follows:

  • to consider and advise on, and to help the Department devise, regulations which revise the NHS pharmaceutical services regulations 2012 in the light of the new NHS architecture set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
