Pressure is a part of everyday life and can be motivating. However, when pressure builds up to the point where an individual feels and perceives that they can no longer cope, the result is stress.

This module is based on cognitive behavioural methodology, which provides some practical models that can be applied easily in a working environment. They can be used to develop solutions to identify and manage stress in your team.
