The new improvement wheel
The Research into Practice team promotes the spread and sustainability of service improvement through its programme of research, evaluation and development. We created a wheel diagram to give a simple visual overview of what is a complex relationship of factors. It represents and describes the main factors found to contribute to the successful spread and sustainability of service improvement. We have revised and updated the original wheel to incorporate our later findings.
