Web seminar on Productive Care - Realising the benefits of The Productive Series

The NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement would like to invite you to join us for a web seminar, Productive Care: Realising the benefits of The Productive Series. The session will be held live at this year’s NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition and is open to those who are unable to attend the conference but would like join online.

Date and time of web seminar

This session will demonstrate how organisations have improved quality whilst at the same time making significant savings in productivity and efficiency by implementing programmes in The Productive Series. It will outline how University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust has achieved a £2 million saving as a result of reductions in waiting lists and, how Airedale NHS Foundation Trust has significantly reduced rates of MRSA and C-difficile infections. There will also be an insight into what impact the forthcoming Productive General Practice programme has had at a test site.
Who is this seminar for?
This seminar will benefit Board Members, Chief Executives and members of senior leadership teams including those who have started implementing The Productive Series but may not have seen it as a crucial part of their QIPP strategic planning.

The session will commence at 14:35 live from Confed but delegates can join the seminar online from 14:00 – the event will start promptly at 14.35.
