Humber case study cover.JPGThe Haltemprice Neighbourhood Care Team at Humber NHS Foundation Trust has saved over 4300 hours each year through implementing Productive Community Services.  The team, which is made up of a combination of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and District Nurses, has found that the time released will help them cope better with the growing demands on their services.

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust - Taking the Leeds approach

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust has brought together the Productive Community Services programme with other improvement initiatives such as High Impact Actions.  It has found ways to free up more time to spend with patients at no extra cost, as well as saving nine weeks each year by improving their booking process.

The improvements result from work introduced as part of the Productive Community Service’s programme, Well Organised Working Environment module.
