Early Years Workforce Qualifications Audit Tool

Helping you record the skills of your early years workforce

Helping you record the skills of your early years workforce

The Early Years Workforce Qualifications Audit Tool enables settings, childminders and local authorities to manage workforce data through a secure online system that's free and easy to use.

The audit tool allows early years registered settings and childminders to create a record of the qualifications training of practitioners in their setting. The live link to the Early Years Qualifications List enables settings and childminders to determine if the qualifications held by themselves and their staff meet EYFS requirements.

Local authorities can access aggregated, anonymised data for their local authority area, to help inform their workforce development plans.

CWDC can access this data aggregated at a regional and national level helping to build the first accurate picture of the early years workforce in England.
