Logistics Security Network (LSN)

The Logistics Security Network (LSN) operates across Yorkshire and Humber and aims to help the region's logistics sector reduce the impact of crime on the supply chain.

Crimes affecting the logistics sector are varied and occur throughout the supply chain. The LSN provides advice and guidance from specialists within the logistics industry.

The LSN is operated by the Business Crime Reduction Centre, part of the regional police charity, People United Against Crime. It works with key stakeholders across the region, such as the police, Yorkshire Forward, the Road Haulage Association, Crimestoppers, and a range of other key sector partners.

Membership to LSN is currently free and benefits include:

  • online security and crime reduction advice for the logistics sector
  • crime email alerts
  • a quarterly regional crime report
  • a quarterly newsletter  informing on crime reduction and industry news
  • events focusing on industry crime and security issues
  • independent, impartial reviews of crime reduction products
