Incorporate your company online

This service enables you to incorporate your company online as a private company, limited by shares, with model articles of association.

To use the service, you will need to register with your email address and a password of your choice.

You will then need the following information to complete the form:

  1. Company name and address
  2. Details of directors and secretary (optional)
  3. Details of each shareholder and the value of their shares
  4. Payment details - there is a fee of £18 for this service payable to Companies House

Any data captured through online incorporation is stored with the Registrar of Companies and not businesslink.gov.uk and is subject to the Companies House privacy policy - Opens in a new window.
