If you live in England, outside of London, are you satisfied with the amount of information provided at your local bus stop?

  • 74% No, more information needs to be provided.
  • 20% Yes, there is a satisfactory amount of information.
  • 6% I don't know how much information is available.

On 8 April 2008 the Secretary of State for Transport announced that our role would widen to include bus passenger representation in England. The Local Transport Act enables the Secretary of State to extend our remit through secondary legislation. We will be representing bus passengers in England, outside of London. Included in this remit are bus services and scheduled domestic coach journeys.

We are expecting work to formally commence in April 2010. For more information, visit our new bus and coach site.
