Tackling behaviour and attendance issues is the shared responsibility of every member of the school community. This initial review and the in-depth audits are intended to help you recognise your good practice and build on it, as well as focus on those areas that warrant further attention. They will work best when used as a part of your regular school improvement cycle, helping you to review the impact of your current procedures, including the statutory behaviour and anti-bullying policies.
