Quick Start webinars for the PCTT

Webinars

We hold regular free Quick Start Webinars to introduce the Primary Care Trigger Tool.

In this interactive online seminar, Trigger Tool experts from the NHS Institute will explain how the Tool measures adverse events, show how it is used in everyday practice and introduce the Trigger Tool Web Portal.  You’ll have the chance to submit your questions to Drs Richard Jenkins and Robert Varnam, lead developers of the PCTT.

Forthcoming dates:

The Quick Start seminar is intended for clinicians, managers and commissioners.  At the end of the seminar, delegates will understand the role of the PCTT in measuring harm, be able to begin using it in general practice and introduce it to others.
