Energy Efficiency Measures in the Government Estate

In 2009, OGC commissioned a report on the potential for a cross-government programme to retrofit energy efficiency measures in the central government civil estate. The objectives were to understand how the government might harness the expertise of the private sector to deliver energy savings for government and to improve the energy efficiency of buildings that government will occupy for the long term.   OGC is now working with key departments to explore how the government takes forward the findings (such as establishing pilot projects).
