Press Briefings

A record of press briefings, or lobby briefings, which are given each day that Parliament sits at 11:00 and 15:45 GMT/BST. During Parliamentary recess there is one briefing a week, usually on a Monday morning.

The Prime Minister's Spokesman (PMS) answers questions from journalists on current news topics that are of interest to them and may also use the opportunity to give out information the media need to know.
