Celebrating and recognising the exceptional talents of women scientists, engineers and technologists is at the heart of the work of the UKRC. As the UK increasingly competes to remain at the forefront of science and innovation it is crucial to recognise, develop and support the talents of a diverse workforce. Through celebrating the outstanding women and profiling them as role models we can continue to inspire many others to pursue successful careers in these sectors.

We particularly welcome nominations from a diversity of women.  Diverse in terms of ethnic origin, age, disability etc, but also in terms of level, so we want to hear about professionals and technicians who are making a difference regardless of seniority.

Celebrate with us! In 2010 UKRC will mark five years of the Women of Outstanding Achievement in SET Photographic Exhibition. To attend the launch event please register your details here.
