This event enabled learning and sharing between NHS organisations working across professional boundaries to reduce delays. A key focus of the day was team development and facilitated action planning. Improvement work implemented by the No Delays ambassador sites, NHS Institute learning networks and CHAIN members was showcased. 2007 Learning and sharing event

The No Delays learning and sharing event, on 22 March 2007 at Aston Business School, was a day for organisations and individuals to learn about and share some practical approaches to the reduction of unnecessary delays in the acute sector.
