Creating the organisational conditions to support innovation

Research into highly innovative organisations in both the public and private sector indicates that there are seven dimensions of organisational culture that are most closely related to the level of innovative output over time. The seven dimensions are:

  • Risk taking
  • Resources
  • Information
  • Targets
  • Tools
  • Rewards
  • Relationships
