Job Summary

The Building Leadership Capacity team exists to guarantee that the NHS has a constant stream of high potential future leaders in the pipeline. The team ensures the NHS attracts and develops highly skilled managers from diverse backgrounds who have the potential to go on to achieve senior leadership positions to improve health and healthcare.

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator to join our team based in Manchester to cover for maternity leave for 18 months. You will be responsible for the project management of the Graduate Training Scheme and act as project lead on a number of key work areas. You will be the first national point of contact for the Scheme and will work closely with the Programme Lead together with scheme staff, education providers and trainees to ensure an effective service to all stakeholders.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have significant experience and expertise in recruitment or event management. You will have also worked in a supervisory position in an office environment and have experience of liaising with senior professionals in delivering services.

Interviews will be held on Monday 16th November in Manchester.
