The RN Police (RNP) exists to support the Military Criminal Justice System. Additionally RNP provide some support to Service Dependants living in Service Family Accommodation Estates in Plymouth, geared to improving quality of life on the ‘patches’ particularly in the areas of addressing anti social behavior and crime reduction, co-ordinating with Devon and Cornwall Constabulary and the Ministry of Defence Police. You will often see high visibility RNP conduct routine patrols on your patch, they are there to assist you, so stop them and raise your concerns.
Remember the emergencies are always to be reported to civil authorities using the national 999 telephone system.

Bi-annual RNP/MDP Police Surgery meetings are held at families centres. This is an opportunity for all SFQ residents to voice their concerns as to policing issues on their estates.
