Masterclasses

As part of our launch of The Productive Leader across the NHS in England, the NHS Institute is hosting a series of regional masterclasses to help organisations find out more about how The Productive Leader can revolutionise the way you and your leadership team work. Events thave already taken place in Birmingham, Manchester and London. Please see details below for further events.
 
Who can attend?
The target audience for the masterclasses includes chief executives, their executive team and their support team (EAs/PAs). We would encourage as many executive directors and their PAs to attend as possible so you can learn about the programme and how it will benefit you as a team.

Train the Trainer events

The NHS Institute is hosting a series of two-day Train the Trainer events for Productive Leader facilitators and project managers. The events will provide participants with the knowledge and resources to implement and deliver The Productive Leader within their NHS organisations.

The cost for this training is £1,800 per person. This cost includes a programme of ongoing support from the NHS Institute:

21 and 22 April - The Holiday Inn, Kings Cross/Bloomsbury, London

9 and 10 June - University of Warwick, Coventry

1 and 2 September - University of Warwick, Coventry

20 and 21 October - University of Warwick, Coventry

24 and 25 November - University of Warwick, Coventry

To make a booking for one of the above dates, you need to ensure your organisation has been registered to The Productive Leader and registered their facilitator and project manager.
