Enhanced support (Executive Coaching)
NHS organisations have told us that it is really important that the executive team sets an example for the rest of the organisation to follow and that they need focused support to help them do this.

The NHS Institute offers enhanced support as a more 'hands on' coaching support (delivered on-site at the NHS organisation) for executive teams to implement The Productive Leader.

The enhanced offer cannot be purchased online, but you can contact us to discuss and agree your requirements. The process and details of the enhanced offer are as follows:

  1. Organisations must first identify their organisational project manager (OPM) for The Productive Leader and send them and their identified facilitator to a Train the Trainer session (see standard support above). The OPM's role will be to: galvanise the leadership team (executive directors and PAs); identify dates for the leadership team to attend on-site training sessions; organise a venue and any other requirements for the on-site training sessions.
  2. The OPM liaises with the NHS Institute and the Institute's trainer to project manage the delivery of The Productive Leader
  3. Organisations receive four days coaching working with the in-house Productive Leader facilitator and OPM who have attended Train the Trainer. This coaching takes place with the entire leadership team (executive directors and PAs) working through The Productive Leader modules.

Follow-up coaching days can be arranged at an extra cost with the same organisational arrangements.
