Paternity Leave and Pay

The right to Paternity Leave and Pay allows eligible employees to take paid leave to care for their baby or to support the mother following birth. Employees can take either one week’s, or two consecutive weeks’ paternity leave and during this time may be entitled to Paternity Pay.
