We are moving

With demand for legalisation increasing by 15% year on year, we have outgrown our current premises and are moving in late summer to a new spacious and modern office in Milton Keynes.

We’ll have more staff to legalise your documents quickly and efficiently.  This should enable us to:

  • greatly improve our service and processing times for postal applications
  • reduce waiting times for our same day public counter service
  • answer email fax and telephone enquiries more quickly
  • provide a better environment for customers and staff
  • continue to expand to keep up with the demand for our legalisation services in future
  • introduce a secure on-line payment service. 

What does this mean for me?

The new office in Milton Keynes is modern and spacious and we aim to serve all of our customers within 30 minutes of their arrival. 

Our postal service will also be vastly improved. Some of the benefits of the new service include:

  • no more anxious waits for your urgent documents.  We aim to despatch postal applications with 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of them being received at our new office in Milton Keynes. 
  • no more missing applications.  We shall return ALL postal applications by recorded or special delivery.  (We recommend that you send them to us that way too, and keep a note of the tracking number)
  • no more risk of identity fraud.  You will be able to pay on-line so you don’t have to put your credit/debit card details, or business cheques in the post
  • no more waiting to hear from us.  We shall have more staff to deal promptly with telephone fax and email enquiries.  

Where will the new office be?

The new office is located in Norfolk House in Silbury Boulevard in central Milton Keynes, a short walk from the train station.

What do I have to do now?
