Summary: This consultation seeks views on draft regulations which VOSA propose as part of the implementation of the Local Transport Act 2008. The document sets out the proposal for a regime to enable VOSA to impound illegally-operated Public Service Vehicles (PSVs), as well as proposed amendments to the existing Goods Vehicle impounding regulations to align the two regimes.
