DCSF and the LSC have published the 16-19 Statement of Priorities 2010-11 which gives details of the planned investment in young people’s learning. This is an important document as it marks the transfer of responsibility for planning and funding of young people’s learning from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to Local Authorities from April 2010.
