Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
At Nestlé we put people at the center of everything we do, keeping them safe, healthy and engaged is a top priority.
In 2015 Nestlé UK has commenced a three year roll out program offering all employees a comprehensive one to one health check delivered by a physiologist assess current physical health and risk factors in addition to proviinge coaching on behavioural change where required.
An additional output of this service will provide anonymised data and information on the key health risks of our employees which will allow targeted health promotion activities to be developed.
Nestlé UK continue to monitor absence each month at our UK Executive Board and leadership team. We also report our wellness activity’s monthly at Executive board level.
