Lexington Catering takes pleasure in removing artificial trans-fats from its in-house produce at customer sites as part of our commitment to the Responsibility Deal.With our new menu choices, portion control and educational information at POS, on labels, menus, table talkers and trained staff we aim to achieve a reduction of 95% by November 2013 and in doing so provide our customers with healthier choices.Lexington Caterings nominated suppliers will also be expected to meet the pledge requirements in support of the Governments Responsibility Deal.Along with our reduced salt and calorie reduction pledge this will engage all the makings of a well-balanced diet with zero compromise on flavour.Lexington Caterings dedicated pledge team and company dietician will regularly monitor this pledge.
