H3. Health & Wellbeing Report

KP Snacks currently produces a number of internal reports relating to many aspects of employee health and wellbeing. The HR team produces reports on absence percentages for long term (5 weeks and over) and short term absence, staff turnover percentages and flexible working requests etc. All sites have targets for attendance and procedures are in place for the management of absences. There is also Health & Safety reporting for accidents and near misses.
As a Health & Wellbeing team within a company, although we can produce many statistics from ongoing health surveillance medicals, case management appointments and physiotherapy sessions, we are considering what will help identify trends and therefore be acted upon to reduce the incidence of problems reoccurring.
We are in the process of developing an employee Health & Wellbeing strategy using the BITC Workwell model, which identifies all required areas of employee wellbeing reporting and we will then be better placed to provide an all encompassing wellbeing report, which we will include in the CSR section of the KP Snacks website.
