Self-monitoring health kiosks are also available to employees on all sites. This enables them to monitor their blood pressure, pulse rate, weight and body fat composition on a regular basis. They are located in areas of high traffic to encourage use and are regularly promoted through our normal channels of communication. Data is collected from the machines on a quarterly basis in order to assess employee health trends. Free medicals are also offered to our executive population using an external vendor. This is a successful and valued ongoing programme which enables us to assess the health risks of our executive population.
