Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates
Quarterly reports to Trust Committees provide information on Trust Sickness Absence and other workforce indicators such as appraisal, turnover and compulsory training compliance.
First Care Reporting System was implemented incrementally in June and November 2014 which will provide improved absence information for managers. Developing access to ESR reports for managers utilising BI. We are utilising information from First Care to support out quarterly performance reports.
We have developed a HWB Communication Plan as part of our HWB Action Plan.
