H9. Domestic Violence

Please describe measures you have taken to ensure that an appropriate, safe and sensitive response can be implemented to support your staff in response to experience of stalking, violence or abuse in their lives, which has an effect on people in the workplace.
HM Treasury signed up to this pledge in December 2014.
So far we have produced and published guidance for managers and staff should a member of staff make it known or it is suspected that they are experiencing domestic violence.
Guidance also details were individuals can seek further help and advice. We have also raised the subject at our Diversity Board to ensure all HM Treasury Networks are aware.
