Lidl take the health and wellbeing of both staff and customers extremely seriously. We have support officers in each region who work to assist long-term sick employees and aid their return to work wherever possible. The support officers also monitor absenteeism from work which includes sickness absence rates. A monthly report is also generated centrally from our Head Office for Directors of the Company. The report includes relevant operational information including comprehensive employee accident and incident data.
