H7. Mental Health and Wellbeing

All employees and their families have access to an Employee Assistance Programme, which provides a range of services including counselling. We are also currently planning to deliver a stress and resilience programme.

Our managing attendance policies support and encourage managers to refer employees to occupational health if they are experiencing any psychological health conditions.

All new employees are provided with an information booklet on health and well-being, including how to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress.
