H1. Chronic Conditions Guide and Carers

We are committed to embedding the principles of the chronic conditions guides in our HR procedures. All staff have access to the employee assistance programme and have serious illness insurance. In addition we have Occupational Health supporting all employees to ensure that those with chronic conditions at work are managed in the best way possible with the necessary flexibilities and workplace adjustments. We are also looking into implementing new health initiatives such as regular check ups. These initiatives will take effect on the conclusion of our engagement planning process that is currently underway following the results of recent staff surveys.
