H11. Alcohol in the workplace

Here at Lovell we take the subject of alcohol and how it affects performance, safety and interpersonal relationships very seriously.
During 2015 we will continue to enforce our Alcohol Policy which outlines the rules of alcohol at work; how to recognise and deal with any employees that may be under the influence of alcohol and it provides advice on how to obtain support where needed.
As part of our new 2015 health campaign, we will promote alcohol awareness among employees by providing information on our intranet, through poster campaigns and through the distribution of Drink Aware resources.
At special company events, where alcohol is deemed appropriate, we will ensure it is served responsibly and that non-alcoholic alternatives are available.
