At the end of 2011 we will collate all our staff sickness form returns and compare these to the two prior years (before the Responsibility Deal) to monitor our progress. This will be noted in the company's year-end report and accounts.We are also in the process of re-writing our company handbook (to be completed by March 2012) to include a new section on the responsible use of alcohol and health wellbeing policy. We are considering the introduction of a "Free Fruit To The Office" scheme from January 2012.
