Duradiamond Health Care carry out an annual employee survey looking at employee wellbeing and job satisfaction. Absence is monitored and reported to assess any trends and if there is a work related issue. To help support employee health we provide PMI.
The company is SEQOHS accredited, OH services are provided to the staff internally, but we also use an external consultant if an employee requires that intervention.
The provision of an annual health and wellbeing plan which is delivered to our clients and employees, this is made up of TBTs, Posters, leaflets and other resources and assessment/feedback. This also involves links with external agencies such as the NHS for Smoking cessation, sexual & Mental health.
The health and wellbeing is driven by an employee working party and the Information and Consultation of Employees committee.
The company is signed up to the cycle to work scheme and encourages exercise and physical activity. DHC are also working with the mayor of London Healthy Work Place Charter. We are in the development stages of developing and designing our own ‘in-house’ Virtual Fitness Website which whilst initially will only be made available to clients, it may be rolled out to employees in the future
