Please describe how you report on the health and wellbeing of your employees, including annual sickness rates

Over the last year we have worked with our external health providers to produce a 6 monthly consolidated dashboard of health services MI. We are using this dashboard to identify trends which we have addressed as part of our health knowledge programme events, for example we have covered topics such as sleep, health heart and have one on posture planned for later this year. We also use this data to drive our procurement strategy for health benefits. We are currently collating internal MI which includes sickness absence rates and are working on the best way to publish this information on our internal intranet.
