H4. Healthier Staff Restaurants

We have launched a healthy menu option for £1.00 in the dining room. This is for all users including patients and staff.We have recently appointed a dining room dietician who will be evaluating the menus for patients and staff to review how healthy they are.We had a Fruity Friday event to promote 5-a-day.Water is freely available across all areas/departments across the trust.We are planning to develop a staff healthy eating recipe book in January 2012.We are also planning to hold a short talk about Christmas healthy eating as part of a Wellbeing Christmas campaign in December 2011.We are also holding a wellbeing day on 2nd March 2012 where healthy eating will form a large part of this event.
