We will ensure that:All employees complete our health questionnaire during (but not prior to) their induction.A risk assessment is completed by each employee and audited by our HS officer - if any self-assessment indicates areas of concern, a full risk asssessment is performed by the HS officer and appropriate actions are taken e.g. purchase of back-supports for chairs, footstools, screen riser etc.All employees are asked to read the HS handbook and they sign a form to confirm that they have read and understood its contents.No-one is ever prevented from returning to work provided that they have a fit note from their GP. If there are mobility issues then a ground-floor workstation will be provided.Flexible working including non-standard start and finish times and reduced hours will be considered for all employees with chronic health conditions.
