Greencore either contracts the services of independent Occupational Health providers or directly employs qualified occupational health personnel at sites. Each site is required to conduct an occupational health risk assessment to ensure an appropriate level of cover is maintained. This will include support for sickness and absence management as well as health screening programmes. Should a colleague develop an impairment or disability or have an underlying medical condition then the Company will work to support employment. In such circumstances colleagues are encouraged to speak to their line manager or Human Resources department who will seek advice on their behalf, to discuss and explore reasonable adjustments and additional support which may be available.
