All staff will be treated sensitively and with respect and are able to contact the in-house occupational health team and the Employee Assistance Programme to provide confidential support where needed.

We ensure useful information and helpful telephone numbers are easily accessible in the workplace for all staff.

We have a whistle-blowing policy which is open to all employees within the group, as well as temporary workers, subcontractors and consultants working for the group. It can also be used by members of the public and can be accessed via the group website.
