The aim of this was to raise awareness, educate, inform and signpost staff to a number of services that will improve their health and wellbeing both at work and at home.Gentoo Olympics: The Gentoo Olympics programme was designed to motivate, encourage and inspire staff to become more physically active. The campaign ran three weeks prior to the official London 2012 programme and has been the most successful campaign to date in relation to better health at work. Almost 400 staff participated in at least one event of the three week programme which included both athletic and non athletic events as well as competitive and non competitive events to cater for all abilities and interests. The events included, golf, football, bowling, spinning, boot camp, running, zumba, netball, tennis, table tennis, bike ride, gym challenge, pool, darts and Gentoos own dog walk.
