Heineken has global code of conduct which ensures that all commercial communication is responsible and does not promote the consumption of alcohol by minors.In addition, we are founder members of the Portman Group and abide strictly to both the letter and spirit of the Portman Code.As part of the Responsibility Deal, the Portman Group have agreed to undertake a consultation on their code of conduct, including a consultation on a sponsorship code. Heineken are fully supportive of efforts of the Portman Group's work in this area and we will respond to the code consultation launched in October 2011.We work with the Portman Group to ensure that the consultation's recommendations are implemented in a new code and within our business practices. Through our media buyers, we ensure that our outside adverts are not placed within at least 200 metre of schools. Drinkaware information is included on our packaging and within our website.
