The staff summer event, although it was not themed as a sporting event, had swing ball and badminton available for staff to play.
Within the Trusts' health and wellbeing calendar, having an active lifestyle is a key measure that is regularly delivered to staff. We promote and support Stoptober, Movember, cancer awareness and Mental Health promotions. All of which encourage people to be more active to improve their overall health.

We have increased our staff changing and showering facilities to encourage staff to be more active, e.g. cycle or walk to work.
We have increased safe cycle parking sheds.
